What is the Product Experience Program?

The Globluum Product Experience Program is a community of real users. You test our products, share honest feedback, and help us improve. In return, you receive a free music player, early access to new products, and direct communication with our product team.

We don’t want paid influencers who only say nice things. We want real people – parents, students, runners, commuters, musicians, audiobook lovers. You’ll use our player in your daily life, then tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what we should do next.

Who Can Join?

Anyone can apply, as long as you:

  • Live in a country we ship to: United States, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia
  • Are willing to use the product for at least 30 days
  • Can provide honest written, photo, or video feedback (supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese)
  • Are not a competitor (we love you too, but this program is for end users)

We especially welcome:

  • Parents – looking for a safe, controllable music device for their children
  • Students – needing focus tools away from phone distractions
  • Runners and gym‑goers – using music to power their workouts
  • Long‑haul commuters and travelers – who love good sound on the road
  • Musicians and drummers – practicing with backing tracks
  • Language learners – using audiobooks and podcasts
  • Anyone who wants to ditch their phone for a dedicated music player

What You Get

Selected participants will receive:

  • A free Globluum music player (specify the model; limited to 10 units per model, while supplies last)
  • A 20% discount code for any other model
  • Early access to new products – before public release
  • Direct email access to our product manager to share feedback and suggestions
  • A chance to be featured on our website or social media (with your permission)

The product is yours to keep – no need to return it.

What We Ask in Return

If you are selected, we simply ask you to:

  • Use the player actively for at least 30 days
  • Submit honest feedback (written: min. 500 words, or video: min. 5 minutes)
  • Optional: Post a review on social media or your blog – not required. We value honest feedback even if it never goes public.

That’s it. No long contracts. No pressure to be positive. Just real people using real products.

Include the following in your email:

  1. Your name and country
  2. A short paragraph about yourself – who you are, how you plan to use our player, and why you’d be a good fit
  3. Your primary use case (e.g., “I’m a parent of a 9‑year‑old drummer” or “I commute 2 hours daily by train”)
  4. Links to any public reviews or social media accounts (optional, but helpful)

We receive many applications. If selected, you will hear back within 3 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay for shipping?
For free units, we cover standard shipping. For discounted units, you pay shipping.

Can I apply if I already own a Globluum player?
No. This program is designed for new users to experience our products and provide fresh perspectives from different backgrounds.
If you are already a Globluum user, thank you for your support! You are welcome to share your experience on social media – you may even be eligible for rewards.

Is this program available worldwide?
Currently we only support the following countries: United States, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. However, we are growing quickly – more countries will be added in the coming months (e.g., Spain, Italy, Japan, Brazil, etc.). If your country is not on the list yet, you can still submit an application and mention your country. We will notify you first when we launch there.

Will my feedback be made public?
Only with your permission. All submitted feedback will be used on our website or social media only after we obtain your explicit consent.

How many people are selected each time?
We run small batches – 10 to 30 participants per product model – to keep feedback manageable and personal.
