How do I transfer music and videos to my device?

The transfer method depends on your computer system. Please follow the steps below based on your device:
💻 Windows PC:
Upon connecting the USB cable, the device will be automatically detected and drivers will be installed. Open "This PC", select your device to access its storage, and simply drag and drop files (music, videos, or e-books) from your computer directly into the device folders.
🍎 MacOS:
Due to macOS incompatibility with the MTP protocol, you must install the OpenMTP application to manage files.
Important: Do not connect devices directly via USB-C to USB-C cables.
  • For Macs with USB-A ports: Use a USB-A to USB-C cable (USB-A end to Mac, USB-C end to player).
  • For Macs without USB-A ports: Use a USB hub with a USB-A interface as an adapter, then proceed with the connection.
